The questions property managers actually ask us.

Do you service residential properties?+

No — we only contract commercial grounds. Office parks, HOAs, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sites.

What does a typical contract include?+

A 12-month agreement covering scheduled maintenance, monthly reporting, and a quarterly business review. Enhancements and snow response are typically separate work orders.

How quickly can you start?+

From signed agreement to first crew on site: usually 14–21 days. Faster in shoulder seasons.

Do you carry insurance?+

Yes — $2M general liability, $4M aggregate, $1M auto, $5M umbrella, and Georgia workers' comp. COI issued within one business day.

Do you sub-contract?+

Not for our five core services. Specialty work (large tree removal, certain hardscape) is sub-contracted only to vetted partners, and always disclosed in advance.

What's your service area?+

A 45-minute radius from our Alpharetta yard. North Fulton, North Cobb, South Forsyth, and Gwinnett primarily.

Can we keep our current crew if we switch?+

Sometimes. We're happy to interview, but we don't poach. Many of our team members come from referrals inside our existing properties.

How are invoices structured?+

One monthly invoice per property, line-itemed by service. Enhancements are separate per-project invoices.

Do you handle pesticide applications?+

Yes — under a Georgia Pesticide Business License. Applications are made by licensed applicators and documented per state requirements.

What's the cancellation policy?+

30 days written notice on either side, no penalty.

Do you do design work?+

We do design-build for enhancements (beds, hardscape, lighting). Master-plan-level landscape architecture we partner out and oversee.

Are you minority-owned or DBE certified?+

No. We're a privately held family business.
