Site walk
A 45-minute walk on your property with one of our account managers. We bring a notebook and a tape measure. No sales pitch.

Scope & proposal
Within 10 business days you get a written scope and a written price. Line-item, not lump-sum.

Onboarding
We name your account manager, your crew leader, and your backup. We collect gate codes, after-hours contacts, and tenant notes.

Service delivery
Weekly service starts on the agreed date. Same crew every week, same day, same time window.

Monthly reporting
By the 5th of every month, a PDF report with photos, services completed, and the next month's preview.

Quarterly business review
Every 90 days your account manager walks the property with you, brings the punch list, and reviews YTD spend.
